Do visitors need an app?

No. Web push works in the browser on desktop and Android with a one-click opt-in. Nothing to install.

How do I add it to my site?

Paste one script tag, install the WordPress plugin, or install the Shopify app. Each site is set up in minutes.

Is it only for online shops?

No. E-commerce sites get abandoned-cart, welcome and win-back recipes with Shopify order events. Ordinary sites get enquiry follow-up, callback-requested and content-requested recipes, plus page rules such as "viewed the pricing page, scrolled past 60%, send after 10 minutes".

Do I know who the subscriber is?

Subscribers start anonymous. When they log in or fill a form on your site, the subscription is linked to that customer so push shares the same profile and sending limits as their email and WhatsApp.
