Can I use my existing SMS vendor account?
Yes. Bring your own vendor account and AuraPost routes through it. You can also set a backup route that takes over when a vendor fails.

What is RCS and when does it fall back?
RCS is the rich successor to SMS: cards, carousels, images and buttons inside the default messaging app on Android. When a handset cannot receive RCS, AuraPost falls back to SMS automatically if you add SMS to the chain.
